What do Tulsa-area adult day centers provide?

Licensed adult day care centers provide daytime supervision, meals, activities and, at many centers, health monitoring and help with personal care, under OSDH's Adult Day Care Act rules (OAC 310:605).

CareScout's 2025 Oklahoma median is $23,920 a year for five days a week, about $1,993 a month. One Tulsa center belongs to LIFE Senior Services, which runs the LIFE PACE program. Ask each center about transportation, nurse coverage, dementia care and waiting lists.

How do I check an adult day center's record?

Look the center up on the OSDH survey site, surveys.health.ok.gov; its public file lists survey documents and license documents like any other long-term care facility.

The table below shows each center's newest survey document date and how many survey documents are dated in the last three years.

Is adult day care the same as PACE?

No: adult day care is a licensed daytime program anyone can pay for, while PACE is a SoonerCare and Medicare program for people 55 and older who need nursing home level care, which uses a day health center as the hub of all their medical and support services.

See PACE in Tulsa and adult day care. Many PACE participants attend the day center several days a week, with transportation provided by the program.
