Where do Tulsa Senior Advisor's facts come from?
Rules come from the Oklahoma Administrative Code chapters for each license type and from agency pages at OSDH, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, Oklahoma Human Services and the Attorney General; prices from CareScout's 2025 Oklahoma release; population from Census Bureau Vintage 2025 estimates; and federal amounts from the VA and CMS.

What does Tulsa Senior Advisor refuse to publish?
Anything we cannot trace to a primary record: invented scores, reviews and testimonials, facility claims taken from advertising, and estimates presented as published figures.
- No local price median, because CareScout's Oklahoma release is statewide.
- No memory care price median, because none is surveyed.
- No assisted living star ratings, because Oklahoma and CMS publish none.
- No content copied from operator websites.
How current is the Tulsa Senior Advisor directory?
It is rebuilt from OSDH's public survey system, last pulled October 31, 2026, and CMS's Provider Information file, data as of October 1, 2026, each time the fetch script runs.
Every listing states its source and date, and sitemap dates move only when a page's content changes.
How are CMS ratings and OSDH records shown?
CMS star ratings appear only for certified nursing homes, exactly as CMS publishes them and labelled as CMS's; OSDH records appear as the public-file index shows them, with document dates.
Where a page compares a facility with the area, such as staffing hours against the Tulsa-area median or the age of the newest survey document, it is plain arithmetic on the published numbers, and the page names the comparison.
How can a reader or operator correct a page?
Send the page address and the problem to advisors@tulsasenioradvisor.com; we fix display errors quickly, while errors in the underlying records have to be corrected with OSDH or CMS.
Before changing a statement about an Oklahoma rule or benefit amount, we check it against the rule text or agency page.
